This Movie is around Kriti Sanon (Mimi), Mimi is a Dancer in her area who wanted to become a big actress, but she need some money to become a actress. Pankaj Tripathi (Bhanu) is a taxi driver, And one American couple who is finding a girl who Can Help they to born a their baby with the help of Surrogate. One day they meet Bhanu and offer a money to find a girl.
Bhanu meet Mimi and Convince her for surrogate. Mimi wanted to become a big actress and need a money so she prepare for surrogate. Then all procedure are done and finally Mimi is pregnant so She lied with her family and went to live with Shama. after some Days Dr. found some problem on baby so American Couples are refuse to get a baby and the Main twist of Movie is Begins.
